We need your support to fight for the enactment of federal anti-SLAPP legislation. Almost half of the states are without anti-SLAPP laws, and those that do, have laws of varying strength and breadth. This patchwork of state laws leads to “forum shopping” by plaintiffs, who can file their lawsuits in a jurisdiction where an anti-SLAPP statute is either absent or weak. The Public Participation Project is working hard to help enact federal anti-SLAPP legislation to protect all Americans at the state and federal level, but we need your help.
Donations of any amount are appreciated. Individuals who donate at least $100 and organizations that donate at least $1,000 will be listed as Founding Donors on our website and receive email updates about our progress in the coming months. Contributions can be made through our secure PayPal account below or by mail.
Thank you for your support!
